Abuse is an internet term referring to spam or internet fraud. Spam is commonly found through one?s email. An open email containing spam could threaten your computer?s life by exposing your computer to a harmful virus.

All email should be avoided if the sender is unknown or you suspect that you are being scammed. Internet fraud is concerned with you personally.

Never give out your social security number or credit card number to a business or individual who may be unsafe or that you do not know.
