Health Law is designed to protect the public and individuals, laws are usually issued by governments and enforced base on findings of medical research.
Many things are included in the topic like law programs, advocates, and low-income health care issues including Medicaid, managed care, welfare, minorities and immigrants, disabilities, equal access. Health Law will provide information including bioethics, Medicare, Medicaid, and telemedicine. Health Law also applies to the rights of people to receive medical treatments and acts as a buffer to protect doctors against certain types of suits.
