U.S Government is made up of three main branches of Government. The first is called the Executive Branch which is vested by the President. The second Branch is called the Judicial Branch which hears cases that challenge or require interpretation of the legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President. The third Branch is called the Legislative Branch known as Congress; it?s divided into the Senate and the House of Representatives. The Executive Office is made up of a cabinet of members that are appointed by the president. The U.S. Government is governed by elected individuals that are voted into office by citizens of the United States.
