Military is usually considered to be a source of protection to safe guard countries from both foreign and internal threats. Categories would include any branch of the Armed Services such as Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard, Merchant Marine, and Marines. Governments in general establish and control the military for any given branch and may issues any orders and funding as they deem fit. The term Military will also include reference to technology and equipment, Military history, Military strategy, Military tactics. In general a Military serves its citizens to protect their rights and freedom.
