North America

Information

North America is one of the seven continents. It consists of Canada, the United States, Mexico, Greenland, Bermuda and the French Islands of St. Pierre et Miquelon. It is amazing that Greenland, being the largest island in the entire world, is included as a part of North America.

The Mississippi River is the largest river in the United States. Other major rivers in North America would be the Missouri, the Yukon, the Saint Lawrence, the Colorado, and the Rio Grande. North America is the third largest continent.
