Internet fraud refers to any type of scheme to get others to give them money.

This can be in from purchasing products that do not exist, to harmful or defective products, or even swindles to entice the person to give them personal information whereas they can use the information to withdraw money from their bank account, use their credit card for purchases or even steal their identity.

The means that internet fraud can be found is through emails, message boards, forums, and chat rooms.
