Information

Policy refers to guidelines set forth by an organization. Principles are how things should be handled or ran in all situations are included in such a policy.

It is the rules between one party and another. When it comes to computers and software, policies may be in existence. You are not allowed to copy the software if that particular policy is enforced or use any part of it for your personal gain.

On the internet, polices and guidelines are given and must be followed. This includes when you visit websites or join chat rooms.
